Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair work that restores vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while maintaining speed, quality and customer excellence across the team.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, using cutting tools and replacing components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical schooling or apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of how to repair vehicle bodies and use related tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair vehicle bodies using listed tools and replace damaged sections.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace windshields, interiors, and related parts as needed.
• Weld and repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalents.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and safety.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
