Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, aligning with our speed, quality, and customer-excellence promises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven ability to read job orders and work independently when needed.
• Experience using repair tools and methods to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and working in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute repair work per WOW plan and prepare cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles ensuring quality and speed.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts as needed.
• Replace or repair glass, windshields, and interior parts.
• Inspect finished work to ensure adherence to standards.
