Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by thoroughly assessing and repairing vehicles back to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars with a focus on speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs, use specialized tools, and inspect work to ensure accuracy. The role requires a high school diploma or technical training and a dedication to safety and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret repair orders with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with other auto body technicians to complete repairs.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently across repairs.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace damaged sections with aftermarket parts.
• Weld, paint, and inspect vehicles to ensure quality.
