Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, replace parts, and ensure workmanship meets our standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may include completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship. Strong attention to detail and safety are essential in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and perform welding as needed.
