Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and ensure vehicles are reassembled correctly.
• Inspect finished vehicles for quality and completeness.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
