The role requires high school diploma or equivalent and tech training or apprenticeship in auto body repair. Strong tool skills and ability to work in a busy shop are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts and glass as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure all work is correct.
