Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, a Boyd Group company, seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver a superior customer experience by repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition with speed and quality. You will disassemble, repair, realign chassis, replace damaged sections and glass, and work with teammates to meet KPI targets.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a 3-year apprenticeship or technical training. The position offers a flat-rate pay structure and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute repair work, prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles using automotive tools.
• Realign car chassis and frames; replace damaged sections and glass.
• Weld and attach parts; prep and repaint vehicles.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect completed repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
