Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair of vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and ensure quality while meeting KPIs and representing the brand in every interaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret job orders.
• Ability to work with team members in a busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace parts and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; prepare and repaint to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect work.
