Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously repairing vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars with a focus on speed, quality and customer excellence.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair. You will work with teammates to achieve KPIs and serve as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read and follow job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently across repairs.
• Plan repair work and prepare estimates using standard tools.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and refinish surfaces to original condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and ensure alignment with factory specs.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
