You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while contributing to speed, quality, and customer excellence across the shop.

The role requires high school diploma or technical training, proficiency with body repair tools, and the ability to work with teammates to hit KPIs and deliver brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of repair tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using specialized tools.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged parts.
• Weld, paint and finish to factory specs.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure correct repairs.
