Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Join a team focused on WOW planning, precise cost estimates, and high standards. A high school diploma or equivalent plus tech training or an apprenticeship are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and perform repairs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies with tools and materials per specifications.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Weld, paint, and refit parts to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Inspect completed jobs for quality and accuracy.
