Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with focus on speed, quality and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles and work with a team to meet KPIs as a Brand Ambassador.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts and repaint vehicles as needed.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines.
• Inspect completed vehicles for quality and correctness.
