Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional car repair and customer experience, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while supporting speed, quality, and customer excellence in a busy shop.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs, using tools like cutters, jacks, and welders. A high school diploma or equivalent and a technical program or apprenticeship are required, with safety and lifting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, apply filler, realign chassis and frames as needed.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and restore paint.
