You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence while supporting KPI targets and brand integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and accurately.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using various tools.
• Hammer out dents; apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts; repair glass and interiors as required.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to spec.
• Close work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality assurance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
