Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble, coordinating with team members to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed and quality.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with precision.
• Use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins where needed.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Repair glass, interiors, and weld/fix parts as needed.
• Ensure work completes within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
