Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with KPIs and acting as a brand ambassador during every interaction.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship. Proficiency with cutting tools, welding, and painting is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Must understand repair methods and tools used in auto body work.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and repaint to factory standards.
• Realign chassis/frames and ensure safety and quality checks.
• Inspect completed work and comply with time guidelines.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
