Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble, ensuring quality and speed while aligning with KPI goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Approve repair plans and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory specs or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles.
