• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using tools.
• Repair dents and minor body damage; apply filler resin when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass; repaint per spec.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
