Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform meticulous vehicle repairs and provide outstanding customer experiences. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and accuracy in line with company standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may involve a 3-year apprenticeship or technical schooling. Team collaboration, safety, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair damage.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld, paint, and reassemble vehicles per specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect finished work for quality.
