Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment and high-quality repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with team KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and/or a technical training path. This position emphasizes speed, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced body shop setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and customer experience.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates; use tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new/aftermarket parts; repair glass and windshields as needed.
• Re-align chassis and frames to repair structural damage; weld and repaint as required.
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to labor guidelines and quality.
