Gerber Collision & Glass in the Boyd Group is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs that restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while working with the team to meet KPIs and uphold our Brand Ambassador standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with quality workmanship.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles in coordination with the team.
• Realign chassis, replace parts, weld and repaint as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure KPIs and brand standards are met.
