Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition through meticulous disassembly, repair and reassembly. You will work with teammates to achieve speed, quality and customer excellence, serving as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and completed tech program or apprenticeship; you will use a variety of tools to repair bodies, paint finishes, and ensure quality in alignment with KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged parts.
• Repair glass, windshields and interior components as needed.
• Ensure quality by inspecting vehicles after repair.
