Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will dissect, repair, and reassemble cars while driving speed, quality, and customer excellence across the shop.

The role requires adherence to WOW standards, collaboration with teammates, and commitment to delivering top-tier customer experiences as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW Operating Way plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and fit replacement parts; repair glass as needed.
• Weld and install parts; prepare and repaint vehicles.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
