Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and an exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensure alignment, and manage parts replacement and finishing with attention to speed and accuracy.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to the WOW plan, and meeting facility KPIs while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical schooling or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision in a busy shop.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre‑accident condition.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, replace parts, and re‑finish as required.
• Realign chassis, weld, and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Follow WOW plan and ensure quality, safety, and KPIs.
