Gerber Collision & Glass in Fond du Lac, WI seeks an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, aligning with our speed and quality standards. You will work with the team to uphold our WOW plan and customer excellence in every touchpoint.

Responsibilities include estimating repair work, repairing dents, realigning frames, replacing parts, welding, painting, and ensuring finish quality across each vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsabilités

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents using fillers where needed.
• Realign chassis/frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass as needed.
• Weld/attach parts and repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
