Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is hiring an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassemble and reassemble components, and maintain a high standard of customer experience. You will work with a team to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship. Safety, lifting up to 30 pounds, and physical endurance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer estimates.
• Repair dents and body damage with approved methods.
• Realign chassis and frames as needed.
• Replace damaged sections and fixtures, including glass.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
