Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, uphold KPIs, and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and/or technical training, plus strong tool skills and physical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Repair dents and body damage using standard tools.
• Realign chassis and replace parts as needed.
• Weld, repaint and inspect vehicles for quality.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
