Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise vehicle repairs that restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the company’s standards of speed and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged sections with parts.
• Weld, paint, and inspect vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
• Adhere to labor time guidelines and company KPIs.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.
