Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You’ll disassemble, repair, and reassemble using cutting tools and paints while ensuring safety and quality to achieve KPIs.

The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and customer excellence, with a team-focused environment and ongoing training opportunities in a well-established collision shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
