Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to accurately assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring repairs meet high quality and safety standards.

You will work with team members to meet KPI targets, while contributing to a positive customer experience and brand excellence. The role requires technical training or apprenticeship and the ability to handle tools in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with precision.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; inspect post-repair.
