Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking skilled auto body technicians to join our team in Beaverton. You will plan and perform vehicle repairs, estimate costs for customers, and ensure high-quality results across body, glass, and interior components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience or ability to work with a team of auto body repairers.
• Strong understanding of tools and methods used in vehicle repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents and apply fillers where needed; realign chassis and frames.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair or replace glass and interior parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specifications; complete work within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure correct completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
