Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Beaverton, OR to deliver quality repairs and exceptional customer experiences. The role involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles, ensuring alignment with KPIs and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or apprenticeship. You will work with cutting-edge tools in a fast-paced shop to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove/replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and interiors.
• Weld or fit parts and repaint vehicles as needed.
• Ensure work orders are completed within labor guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
