Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly repair vehicles, ensuring quality and speed in line with our WOW Operating Way. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign chassis, replace panels and glass, and apply prep and paint to factory standards.

The role requires high school completion or technical training, plus hands-on shop experience; teams work safely in a busy shop environment, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Must read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with other repairers in the shop.
• Strong understanding of body repair methods and procedures.
• Proficient in using trade-specific tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan required repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld, fit, and prep/paint vehicles per standards.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.
