Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to accurately assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts while supporting the company's standards of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or apprenticeship preferred. Strong tool knowledge and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience through high-quality vehicle repairs and accurate estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles ensuring speed, quality and customer excellence.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets standards and KPIs, and document outcomes.
