Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while upholding our speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

You’ll work with the team to meet KPIs, act as a Brand Ambassador, and ensure safety and workmanship in a busy shop environment. Competitive benefits accompany a strong, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair methods and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and plan repair work with cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle sections using cutting guns, plasma cutters, and other tools.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interiors, and weld/paint per specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
