Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition while ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, working with the team to meet speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

The role requires reading job orders, using a variety of tools, and collaborating with other technicians to ensure repairs meet factory specifications and internal KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution is consistent.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections; repair/replace glass and interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory specs or equivalent.
