Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide an exceptional customer experience through careful assessment and repair of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while driving speed, quality, and customer excellence as core values.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, using cutting tools, realigning frames, replacing parts, and ensuring workmanship meets time guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames as needed.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and repaint as required.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and quality checks.
