Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, realign chassis, replace parts, and repaint to factory specs, collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the WOW operating standards.

You’ll plan repairs, prepare cost estimates, and ensure quality by inspecting finished vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of auto body repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience through accurate repair and quality workmanship.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles; plan repairs and prepare cost estimates.
• Realign chassis/frames; replace damaged parts and glass; paint and finish to spec.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety; adhere to WOW standards.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; work with team to meet KPIs.
