Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, realign frames, replace parts, and repaint to exact factory standards.

Success comes from working with a team, followingWOW plans, and meeting repair KPIs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or an apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and plan repair work with cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis, replace damaged sections and glass; paint as needed.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
