Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with speed, quality and customer excellence. You will disassemble, repair and reassemble, collaborating with the team to meet KPIs and represent The Boyd Group as a Brand Ambassador.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship, ability to read job orders, and safe use of body shop tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform vehicle repairs to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble vehicles and parts.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged components.
• Weld, paint and inspect vehicles for quality.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and ensure accuracy.
