Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Atlanta seeks a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by managing the ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning of parts for each repair order. You verify accuracy of parts and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery aligned with the production schedule.

You will manage MIS invoices, track price changes, and maintain parts inventory and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience working with automotive parts; auto body parts a bonus.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• I-Car registration or working toward Gold Class certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter invoices into MIS and track vendor invoices.
• Label, track, and store parts with RO #; communicate price changes.
• Monitor parts inventory and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile invoices.
