• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP and insurance program requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
