Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator in the United States. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate with customers and insurers to ensure a smooth repair experience.

Expect collaboration with the management team, adherence to DRP and WOW processes, and ongoing training. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license are required; I-CAR training is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and possess a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and update details.
• Provide information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating ways.
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with team members.
• Participate in production walks and support teammates as needed.
• Attend health, safety, and staff meetings when required.
