Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and ensure alignment with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP compliance, with at least 1 year of experience and a valid driver's license. Training and benefits are provided within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers; basic computer skills are needed.
• Compliance for DRP’s is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to relevant team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
