Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document damage, determine parts and repairs, and communicate with customers and insurers to align with KPI targets.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and I-CAR training. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; DRP compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's; minimum 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DW processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and support production walks.
