Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies. The role requires documenting damage, guiding customers through the process, and ensuring alignment with team KPIs.

The position emphasizes adherence to DRP requirements, I-CAR training, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend training and workshops per Store Manager guidance.
• Contribute to monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
