Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance providers throughout the process.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are mandatory, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate information to customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and DRP requirements.
• Support team by sharing information across departments and attending required meetings.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold WOW Operating Way standards.
