Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role emphasizes exceptional customer experience and collaboration with the repair team to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair process, and ensuring DRP and WOW process compliance. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid license are required, with I-CAR

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training is expected.
• Experience with DRP’s is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team and attend training as needed.

Education
