Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Lakewood, CO seeks a skilled Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, knowledge of OE repair guidelines, and is willing to complete I-CAR training; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year experience in collision estination or related role.
• Basic computer skills for estimating and documentation.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training as required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Coordinate with management and staff during daily production walks and KPI maintenance.
• Attend trainings and safety meetings as required.
