Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents required repairs and parts, and works with the team to meet the facility's KPIs while keeping customers informed and supported.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with timely info.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with insurance clients and follow WOW Operating Ways.
• Participate in production walks with the management team.
• Support the team and attend training sessions as needed.
• Communicate customer requests to the correct team.
